The Recruiter is responsible for managing the recruitment process to attract and hire qualified candidates in support of staffing needs at American Place Casino. This role partners with internal stakeholders and department leaders to understand hiring needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and deliver a positive candidate experience. The Recruiter also builds and maintains relationships with external organizations, community partners, and professional networks to strengthen the organization’s talent pipeline while ensuring compliance with property policies and all applicable federal, state, local, and Illinois Gaming Commission regulations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships both internally and externally while maintaining strict confidentiality of applicant and team member information.
