The Business Development Representative/Real Estate Agent Recruiter educates, attracts and empowers agents to make the right decision in their choice of brokerage with a strong focus on outside recruiting efforts. This entails attending relevant networking events, making targeted outbound calls, and developing in-market partnerships.
