About The Position

As Recruiter based in the United States, you will play a pivotal role recruiting across our surveillance departments. Your primary objective will be to identify, attract, and engage top-tier candidates who align with the company’s culture and business goals. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offer negotiations. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and HR partners, you will ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience while maintaining compliance with employment laws and internal policies. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute significantly to building a high-performing workforce that supports the company’s growth and success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or AIRS Certified Recruiter.
  • Experience recruiting in the Security, Private Investigation, or the Insurance Industries
  • Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now HRM and ATS
  • Confidence sharing information across multiple lines of business using SharePoint
  • Experience using Indeed Recruitment Module

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and establish selection criteria.
  • Manage the recruitment process workflow, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and facilitating timely communication with candidates.
  • Negotiate offers and close candidates while ensuring alignment with compensation guidelines and organizational policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices to continuously enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
