About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic High-Volume Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. This position requires a proactive approach to recruitment, utilizing various channels to identify potential candidates and effectively managing the hiring process from start to finish. Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques and tools is essential.
  • Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now is a plus.
  • Availability to travel out of state to lead recruiting efforts is required.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively through cold calling and interviews.
  • Experience in social media management for recruitment purposes is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A passion for talent management and a commitment to fostering a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calling to identify potential candidates and generate interest in job openings.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and candidate follow-ups for Front of House, Back of House and Managerial positions.
  • Utilize HR sourcing techniques to attract diverse talent pools through various platforms including social media management.
  • Collaborate with Restaurant Managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Facilitate employee orientation and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Leverage ADP Workforce Now applicant tracking systems for efficient candidate management.
  • Assist in training development initiatives aimed at enhancing the skills of new recruits and existing staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular updates on progress to stakeholders.
