As a Recruiter for SafeLease, you bring a deep understanding of the New York City talent landscape and an extensive professional network across the finance, professional services, and insurance-related industries. You have a proven track record of leveraging your connections and creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier candidates for a variety of roles. In addition to your recruitment expertise, you possess exceptional employer branding and marketing skills. You have a natural flair for crafting compelling job postings, career site content, and other recruitment collateral that effectively communicates SafeLease's unique company culture, values, and employee value proposition. Your strong writing abilities allow you to create recruitment marketing materials that captivate and inspire candidates. You thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and are adept at managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to the offer stage. Your collaborative mindset enables you to build trusted partnerships with hiring managers, while your analytical skills allow you to track and report on key recruitment metrics to continually optimize the company's hiring processes. Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, across a variety of roles (preferably in Finance and Insurance)
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring top talent within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling job postings and recruitment marketing content
  • Strong sourcing skills, leveraging a variety of channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
  • Familiarity with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting tools
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for a variety of roles, from entry-level to executive-level positions
  • Leverage your expertise in employer branding and marketing to create compelling job postings and recruitment content
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to support our ongoing hiring needs
  • Create a best-in-class candidate experience that focuses on inclusive recruitment and hiring practices
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand position requirements and ideal candidate profiles
  • Adeptly navigate the often competing priorities and evolving requirements of hiring managers, skillfully advocating for top talent while remaining agile and responsive to shifting needs and timelines
  • Provide recruitment metrics and analytics to measure the success of our hiring efforts
  • Ability to utilize AI to further enhance recruitment efforts
