About The Position

As a Recruiter/Sr. Recruiter, you set the tone for candidate experience & help jumpstart everything we do. You will help strengthen and evangelize our culture & employment brand, expand creative sourcing techniques, and build recruiting strategies that empower us to meet goals and have fun while doing it! Qualified candidates will have experience in full cycle Recruiting/Staffing and will be able to wear many hats while juggling multiple priorities with a smile and always willing positive attitude. RUN offers a collaborative team environment and company culture- work hard, play hard. This is a hybrid position ideally slated to be a 3-month contract to start. Candidates must be able to work in Seattle approximately two times per week. As a Recruiter, You Will Manage & drive full-cycle recruiting Partner closely with hiring managers to prioritize hiring needs and build a seamless interview process that helps us bring the best candidates to our teams Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and ongoing relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (Paycom) to support interview scheduling and building pipelines Work closely with HR and Account Leads to support the needs of the organization Use talent market expertise, data, and business acumen to educate and influence hiring managers on how to identify and acquire the best talent Help initiate creative and scalable changes to our existing recruiting strategy Extend, negotiate, and close offers Partner with hiring managers on creation of job descriptions and job postings as needed Other responsibilities as required

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional Recruiting/Staffing experience
  • Experience with quick turn staffing requests and fulfillment
  • A passion for building teams and delivering an exceptional candidate experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
  • Strong organizational skills with a strong sense of urgency and can quickly prioritize when presented with a list of all ‘top priority’ situations
  • Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills; big picture thinker
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Substantial knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • An active and data driven approach to problem solving; you enjoy making sense of the trends and using the insights to better your process to make it more efficient
  • An interest in working in a cross-functional and fluid environment, the ability to learn quickly, and no desire to take yourself too seriously (a wry sense of humor is always appreciated!)

Nice To Haves

  • Interest and or experience in the video production industry or similar creative industry
  • Experience recruiting for a staffing agency
  • Experience with Paycom
