About The Position

Your primary responsibility is to provide support to our operations and department while upholding these values. Accountability Perform full cycle recruitment to support all operations of business. Attend industry events and job fairs to promote the company and engage with potential candidates. Promote diversity in the recruitment process by implementing inclusive hiring practices and interview techniques. Ensure safety and security measures are in place and up to date in compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards. Communication Serve as a point of contact between team members, clients, and external partners, ensuring clear and professional communication. Efficiently manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence, responding promptly and routing inquiries to the appropriate parties. Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking, to identify potential candidates. Manage and maintain records and documentation related to facility operations in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Coordinate and organize office activities and operations. Family Foster a sense of belonging and teamwork within the organization, treating colleagues as an extension of your work family. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring mangers to understand their needs and provide strategic recruitment support. Exceptional Service Provide exceptional administrative support by anticipating needs, solving problems, and ensuring smooth office operations. Maintain a welcoming and organized office environment that reflects our commitment to exceptional service. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication and feedback. Assist with the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company. Profitability Filling job requisitions in a timely manner in order to support our different department to support their staffing needs. Embracing the idea of being a 'recruiting consultant', and being the subject matter expert when staffing issues arise & require swift but methodical solutions to meet the demands of the company. About YOU: You are a detail-oriented and efficient administrative professional who possesses excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Requirements

  • 2 - 4 years experience as a Recruiter preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work with different departments and positions, based on organizational demands.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
