About The Position

The Recruiter is a key member of the talent acquisition team, responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of the hiring process. This role focuses heavily on candidate screening, interviewing, coordination, and ensuring a seamless and thoughtful experience for both candidates and hiring managers. With a strong attention to detail and a passion for people, the Recruiter helps bring our culture to life by identifying top talent and guiding them through every step of the hiring journey.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of recruiting, coordination, or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple candidates and roles simultaneously
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and scheduling tools is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Review incoming applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess experience, culture fit, and role alignment
  • Evaluate candidates against role requirements and company standards
  • Provide clear, thoughtful interview recaps and hiring recommendations
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Ensure all interview steps are organized, timely, and communicated clearly
  • Guide candidates through the interview process, setting expectations and next steps
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates to ensure a positive experience
  • Deliver a high-touch, hospitality-driven candidate experience at every stage
  • Act as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Ensure timely communication, feedback, and updates
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (e.g., Hireology)
  • Upload resumes, interview notes, and required documentation in a timely manner
  • Ensure job postings are active, accurate, and aligned with hiring needs
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting leadership to support hiring needs
  • Assist in managing high-volume roles and urgent hiring requests
  • Support agency coordination by reviewing and processing candidate submissions
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and workflows
