Serving as a business partner to hiring managers, and moving seamlessly between technical and corporate roles, the Recruiter is responsible for full cycle recruiting to meet organizational workforce needs. Key customers and partners for this role include hiring managers and other company leadership, employees, the external talent community, candidates, schools and universities, and community agencies and organizations. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Recruiter is a key member of the Human Resources team and brings labor market and pipeline insights and expertise that drives strategic staffing decisions. Hoffman has projects throughout the United States and the need for scheduling flexibility (Monday – Friday, with occasional weekend hours) is important.
