Barr is seeking a recruiter to join our Minneapolis or Duluth, Minnesota, teams. In this hybrid role, you will support the Human Resources group by partnering closely with business units and support groups to address a wide range of hiring needs across the company. You will focus on recruiting, including sourcing, recruiting, and screening qualified candidates for various positions—primarily engineering- and science‑related roles, including those that are difficult to fill. This position plays a key role in advancing Barr’s strategic growth by attracting top talent, strengthening our recruiting processes, and creating a positive and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring teams. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who demonstrates strong relationship‑building and influencing skills and who thrives in both independent and team‑based work settings. They are well‑organized, results‑oriented, and detail‑focused, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. This individual is self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal direction while maintaining a collaborative mindset. They bring a high level of internal drive, professionalism, and alignment with Barr’s core values, consistently contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture. A hybrid work arrangement may be considered for this position. A hybrid work arrangement refers to splitting time worked between a Barr office and a home office. This position can be based out of Barr's Minneapolis or Duluth, Minnesota, offices.
