About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Construction Recruiter to lead our hiring efforts and help build a pipeline of top electrical professionals. Job Responsibilities Recruiting & Onboarding - Design and implement recruitment strategies targeting skilled electrical professionals (e.g., electricians, apprentices, and utility trades). - Cultivate relationships with trade schools, apprenticeship programs, and industry partners to build a pipeline of qualified candidates. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer processes. - Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires. -Conduct 45 day check-in meetings with new hires as well as exit interviews with departing employees. Workforce Planning - Build and maintain a robust pipeline of skilled tradespeople to meet project staffing needs. - Proactively identify workforce gaps and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly. Employer Branding & Industry Engagement - Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and networking functions to attract top talent. - Promote the company’s safety-first culture and employee well-being initiatives. - Develop marketing strategies to enhance employer branding and attract skilled professionals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in electrical construction, skilled trades, or general construction.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical licensing requirements, OSHA standards, and industry hiring practices is preferred.
  • Strong networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment websites, job boards, and ATS platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong knowledge of electrical licensing requirements, OSHA standards, and industry hiring practices is preferred.
