About The Position

MileOne Autogroup is now hiring an ONSITE Recruiter for our Talent Acquisition team at our corporate office in Towson, MD. Our fast paced retail organization is ready for a skilled team member who will jump in, learn our business and make a positive impact on our team. The Recruiter will recruit qualified candidates for our growing workforce and supports the hiring needs of our automotive dealerships. You will build effective relationships with our Human Resource team, hiring managers and candidates to ensure a successful hiring and on-boarding process. MileOne Autogroup represents 73 franchises with 25 automotive brands and operates 56 service centers in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, Delaware and Missouri. Its portfolio includes the Heritage, Herb Gordon, Annapolis, MotorWorld, Hall and Plaza Motors divisions. Requirements

  • 1-2 years of recruiting experience
  • Ability to multitask in a high volume recruiting environment
  • High level of customer service & phone skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to use multiple computer systems seamlessly

Responsibilities

  • Utilize internal applicant tracking system and pre-employment screening to review resumes and applications (Workday, Indeed.com, Linkedin.com)
  • Create and maintain employment opportunity advertisements through applicant tracking system, recruitment websites, job boards, social media, etc.
  • Conduct phone interviews and coordinate onsite interviews for final selections
  • Communicate with hiring managers on hiring needs and candidate screening process
  • Provide candidates with information about employment with the organization to further their interest and foster excitement about career opportunities
  • Assist HR team as needed with specialty projects and/or initiatives
