This position is responsible for identifying and placing qualified, talented candidates into existing job openings across the property. Essential duties include, but are not limited to: Performing multiple functions in applicant tracking system (ATS), including building job requisitions, screening applications, creating screening questions, email letters, etc. Sourcing of quality candidates, which includes, but is not limited to identifying and fostering relationships with community partners, coordination and execution of hiring events, interviews, job fairs and other recruitment/human resources related activities. Training hiring managers on applicant tracking system, creation of job descriptions, and the hiring and interviewing processes. Conducting pre-screen interviews to ensure only the most suitable candidates are selected, a key department objective. Ensuring all applicable Gaming Commission guidelines are followed for all new hires and transfers. Communicating frequently with hiring managers regarding status/start date of new team members or transfers. Anticipating hiring manager needs and offering proactive service. Providing excellent guest service to internal and external clients. Promoting a positive image at all times. Exhibiting conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures. Performing other duties as assigned.
