About The Position

We are looking for a full-time recruiter to handle the screening, interviewing, and hiring of employees for Office Pride Commercial Cleaning. This position is a full time salary position.. Starting pay is between $40,000-$50,000. This position has a typical schedule of 8am-4pm but there is some flexibility on exact schedule.

Requirements

  • Self Motivated and Driven
  • Able to work without direct supervision
  • Comfortable communicating with candidates via phone/text.
  • Able to conduct in person interviews.
  • Candidate must be able to keep track of multiple candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Must be able to travel to office for interviews.
  • Flexible work from home options available.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Manage job posting site
  • Conduct interviews: in person and via telephone/zoom.
  • Prepare recruitment materials
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Hire best candidate for position.
  • Onboard new employees
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates during recruiting process
