About The Position

Chuck Latham Associates is hiring Field Recruiter to lead high-volume hiring for part-time merchandising roles across all 50 states. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role requiring creativity, strong organizational skills, and close partnership with field leadership. In addition to full-cycle recruiting, this role supports compliance, reporting, onboarding, and select HR administrative functions. The position is based in the Parker, Colorado home office and follows a hybrid in-office/remote schedule of 3 days in office. This position is hourly averaging 30-40 hours per week based on business needs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Experience with high-volume, hourly, or entry-level recruiting
  • Hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruiting lifecycle processes
  • Knowledge of applicable state and federal employment laws, including minimum wage and hiring compliance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data tracking, reporting, and basic analysis
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly across multiple stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptable and comfortable with change, shifting priorities, and evolving business needs

Responsibilities

  • Ability to effectively respond to and interact with all levels of organizational staff
  • Partner with the business to understand role requirements, including occasional local field visits to shadow current field representatives
  • Work closely with hiring managers to determine open positions, job descriptions, and hiring timelines
  • Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer extension, and onboarding
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on hiring decisions
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract a diverse and qualified candidate pool; continuously improve sourcing approaches
  • Gather competitive intelligence, labor market insights, and industry trends to support recruiting strategies
  • Responsible for understanding, using, updating and maintaining our applicant tracking system
  • Maintain a strong employer brand throughout the candidate experience
  • Communicate frequently with candidates during onboarding to ensure timely completion of required documentation
  • Review onboarding paperwork for accuracy and completeness, and file appropriate documents maintaining employee records
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Use reporting insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement
  • Ensure compliance with employment and onboarding requirements, including: I-9 completion and filing, and E-Verify requirements Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) initial reporting and annual reporting State compliance monitoring, including minimum wage changes New hire paperwork and documentation accuracy
  • Support HR administrative initiatives as assigned, including field employee recognition platforms and programs
  • Prepare and maintain recruiting and onboarding reports, including: Weekly and monthly hiring activity reports Daily onboarding status and tracking reports
  • Notify candidates who are not selected in a professional and timely manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned
