About The Position

We value candidates who have significant experience with managing complexity, working independently, and are motivated by hard problems. This role combines elements of recruiting, talent strategy, and recruiting operations. You will help design and execute the company’s hiring processes while ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience from initial outreach through interviews and offers. You will be responsible for identifying strong candidates, managing recruiting pipelines, coordinating interviews, and partnering closely with hiring managers to understand the talent needs of the business. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving startup environment. You should be comfortable operating with a high degree of ownership while continuously improving recruiting processes as the company grows.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in recruiter or recruiting operations roles at an early-stage startup
  • Proven track record of hiring top engineering and customer success talent, ideally cleared personnel for government contract work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Clear communication
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving startup environment
