About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 11 About the Role The Senior Recruiter is responsible for delivering high-quality, compliant, and timely hiring support across the organization, partnering closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and Talent leadership to translate workforce needs into effective recruiting strategies and successful hiring outcomes. Operating within a structured, enterprise talent acquisition model, this role emphasizes consultative recruiting, equitable hiring practices, strong execution discipline, and a consistent candidate experience, while also owning recruiting delivery and supporting recruiting processes, system accuracy, and workflow discipline in close partnership with HR Shared Services, the Workday Technology & Analytics team, Legal, Immigration/Mobility, and external vendors as needed. Role Overview The Recruiter serves as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers, owning recruiting delivery end-to-end while ensuring recruiting processes, tools, and data remain accurate, compliant, and effective.
