About The Position

FIGS is seeking a Temporary Recruiter to support our hiring across all functions, including marketing, finance/accounting, product creation and business operations. In this role, you will collaborate with hiring managers to manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to interviewing, extending offers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. We are looking for a proactive, engaged recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Duration: 7 months (February 1, 2026 - September 4, 2026) Hours per week: 24 hours Location: Remote/Santa Monica

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate recruitment, with success hiring across multiple functions
  • Commitment to 24 hours per week for the 7-month duration
  • Ability to start in February through mid-August
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software (Greenhouse highly preferred but not required)
  • Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple teams and functions.
  • Source, identify, and engage top talent through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Screen candidates thoroughly to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and overall qualifications.
  • Coordinate interviews and assessments while ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Provide regular updates to Director, Talent Acquisition and hiring managers on search progress, active pipeline and candidate feedback.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment regulations throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate records in Greenhouse ATS.
