Our Human Resources department contributes to Goodwill’s success by overseeing everything related to our best resource, our people. As a member of the recruiting team, you will help us staff our stores and donation centers by sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting job seekers to meet with hiring managers. We’re looking for a detail-oriented person who believes that a great hiring experience turns into great retention.
