Develops advanced and innovative recruiting strategies to proactively engage active and passive candidates for defined functional area for a large, complex, matrixed organization. Consults with hiring leaders to determine short and long term staffing needs based on business decisions, growth or turnover and recommends hiring solutions. In conjunction with the sourcing team, creates and executes advanced social media methods to proactively build relationships with a diverse pipeline of candidates. This position will support the recruitment for Enterprise Corporate and Revenue Cycle roles.
