About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiter/MIT to support our team in various administrative tasks, as well as to recruit future temporary employees. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy and excellent customer service skills. Dependable vehicle and driving record required. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to both management, staff, and clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar clerical role.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Recruiting experience is necessary.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading tasks.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for professional interactions.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse employees and clients.
  • Familiarity with office management practices and procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Dispatch temporary labor staff to various job sites by preparing work time tickets, distributing and collecting safety equipment, and directing employees to job site locations.
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, and other human resources procedures.
  • Qualify temporary employees for work eligibility, assist applicants with the employment process, and help process payroll for completed work orders.
  • Maintain and update employee files and customer records within the Company's computer system.
  • Conduct employee safety reviews and job site accident reports.
  • Make bank deposits as needed.
  • Risk and accident management involves filing timely reports when necessary and actively returning employees to work.
  • Take employees to job sites and pick up when necessary.
  • Answer the telephone and assist customers with orders, invoice issues, customer collections, or other requests.
  • Must be available for a 6 am start time and some weekends.
  • Split shift is a possibility.
