About The Position

Talent Trak is a small, growing recruiting firm that prides itself on strong client relationships, high-quality candidate experiences, and a collaborative team environment. We’re looking for a motivated Recruiter / Inside Sales professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats and making a real impact. This hybrid role blends recruiting, inside sales support, and client relationship management. You’ll be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates while also supporting our outside sales representative by helping organize their day, setting appointments, and maintaining communication with existing clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both people-facing and organizational work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, inside sales, or a related role
  • Strong communication skills (phone, email, and virtual)
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a small-team environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ATS and CRM systems preferred
  • Self-starter mindset with a team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and recruit candidates for a variety of roles
  • Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess candidate fit
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the ATS
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the process
  • Assist the outside sales representative with scheduling, call prep, and daily planning
  • Set client and prospect meetings for the sales team
  • Support lead follow-up and basic prospect outreach as needed
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with current clients
  • Serve as a point of contact for ongoing client needs and updates
  • Ensure client satisfaction by providing timely communication and follow-through
