About The Position

The Recruiter III role involves recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and conducting orientation for new employees. The position also involves performing exit interviews and processing changes in employee status. The role requires a candidate with a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in the field or a related area. The candidate should be familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures in the recruiting field and rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in recruiting or a related area.
  • Proficiency in recruiting, sourcing, and talent acquisition.
  • Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
  • Strong in full-cycle recruiting and AI recruitment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of sourcing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage top talent through sourcing and candidate outreach.
  • Review profiles and prepare candidate summaries.
  • Conduct initial conversations with prospective candidates.
  • Sync with hiring managers and participate in team meetings.
  • Calibrate on role requirements and collaborate with peers on pipeline strategy.
  • May lead and direct the work of others with a wide degree of creativity and latitude expected.
