Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, methods, and industry best practices, including relevant employment laws.
  • Bilingual Spanish
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment-related software, including applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and the requirements needed for specialized positions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, with a focus on candidate and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proven ability to work in a high-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing or technical recruiting capacity.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.

Nice To Haves

  • ADP experience is strongly preferred.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential preferred.
  • Willing to work in a hybrid office/remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all phases of the recruitment process, from sourcing through onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with department heads to create detailed job descriptions and refine hiring criteria for key positions.
  • Design and implement effective recruiting strategies tailored to the organization’s needs, industry standards, and available roles.
  • Manage and optimize job posting and advertisement processes for maximum visibility and impact.
  • Screen and select qualified candidates, ensuring alignment with the organization’s requirements.
  • Lead and organize interview processes, including the preparation of interview materials and development of competency-based questions.
  • Participate in interviews with hiring managers, directors, and other stakeholders, providing insights into candidate suitability.
  • Facilitate the offer process, advising on salary ranges, start dates, and other relevant details while ensuring a competitive and equitable package.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies.
  • Actively participate in college job fairs, recruiting events, and maintain strong relationships with schools and recruitment agencies.
  • Fill entry to senior-level positions in operations and management, ensuring top talent acquisition for leadership roles.
  • Develop innovative recruitment programs and strategies to continually attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Analyze and communicate key recruitment metrics, using data to recommend strategies for optimizing the hiring process.
  • Conduct new hire orientation sessions in English or Spanish, as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
