You will also perform exit interviews and manage employee status changes. This role requires a bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of relevant experience. You will rely on your extensive experience and judgment to achieve goals and may lead and direct the work of others, demanding creativity and latitude. You will typically report to a manager or head of a unit/department. Responsibilities Process candidates and manage their language assessments, review, and pipeline them, constituting 50% of the role. Interact with stakeholders, recruiting partners, and hiring managers, which accounts for 20% of the role. Perform data entry tasks, making up 10% of the role. Engage in focused, independent work, which is 20% of the role.
