About The Position

The Recruiter I is responsible for managing the recruitment process by conducting interviews, checking references, making offers, and facilitating orientation for new employees. Additionally, this role involves performing exit interviews and processing changes in employee status. The ideal candidate may hold a bachelor's degree in a related specialty and have 0-2 years of experience in the field or a similar area. A strong understanding of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures is essential. The Recruiter I will work under immediate supervision and will typically report to a supervisor or manager.
