About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruiter I to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and conducting orientation for new employees. Additional duties include performing exit interviews and processing changes in employee status. The role requires 0-2 years of experience in recruiting or a related field. A bachelor's degree in a relevant area is preferred but not mandatory. The Recruiter I will rely on pre-established guidelines and instructions to perform their duties and will work under immediate supervision.

Requirements

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment best practices.
  • Data-driven approach to talent acquisition.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Excel.
  • Experience with technical recruiting and full-cycle recruiting.
  • Familiarity with scheduling and coordinating interviews.
  • Ownership mentality and the ability to hire and develop the best talent.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for critical roles.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview processes.
  • Optimize recruitment processes to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Provide insights on talent market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Drive diverse hiring practices and inclusive recruitment strategies.
