About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role supports the full-cycle recruitment process, partners with hiring managers, and contributes to talent strategies that align with our organizational goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship-builder with foundational experience in sourcing, candidate engagement, and stakeholder collaboration, and a strong interest in delivering exceptional candidate experiences while growing within a culture of excellence. This is a hybrid role working out of our Chico, CA office. The candidate is expected to be on-site on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruitment or HR experience, with exposure to full-cycle recruiting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Prior experience working in a high-volume or fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Experience with recruitment metrics and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience recruiting for operations and corporate roles within the retail or e-commerce industry.
  • Familiarity with the fashion industry and an understanding of its unique talent needs.
  • Experience using the Paycom ATS.
  • Demonstrated ability to attract and engage diverse talent pools.
  • Experience with behavioral or structured interviewing techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Support intake meetings with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.) and manage talent pipelines.
  • Conduct resume reviews, phone screens, and assist in coordinating interview panels.
  • Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience from application through onboarding.
  • Run reports and support analysis of key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and pipeline health.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and manage requisition workflows in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Promote Lulus' culture and values to candidates, supporting employer branding efforts.
  • Coordinate and attend occasional hiring events, including booking internal/external spaces, ordering supplies or food, and managing setup and breakdown.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple assignments while remaining flexible to shifting priorities.
