Requirements

1 + years of staffing/recruiting experience
Excellent communication skills, inter-personal skills, and team-based project experience
Time management and prioritization skills
In-depth knowledge of different trades job roles
Valid driver's license
Pre-employment drug screen and background check

Nice To Haves

Experience in recruiting for roles within the industrial construction sector preferred.
Experience in general HR functions preferred

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades roles - including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Identify and utilize effective recruiting strategies across job boards, databases, social media, and networking channels.
Maintain and post job ads on multiple platforms; ensure consistent employer branding and candidate pipeline flow.
Manage candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS; track applicants, interviews, and hires for reporting.
Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers, including preparing interview questions and evaluation materials.
Partner with hiring managers and HR to recommend compensation, incentives, start dates, and support the offer process.
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through proactive communication and support throughout the hiring process.
Support onboarding activities, including offer letters and pre-employment requirements, to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Build relationships with trade schools and attend industry career events to support workforce development.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and support continuous improvement of recruiting processes.
