About The Position

This position is a contract recruiting role with an initial six-month term. Extension beyond the initial period may be considered based on business needs and individual performance. This role is fully onsite in Corry, PA to support the team. Join Our Fast Growing Team We are looking for an energetic and results oriented full cycle recruiter to fuel hiring for our heavy industrial plants. This is a high volume high impact role in a fast paced rapidly growing business. You will partner closely with plant leadership driving recruitment strategies from start to finish to deliver the skilled talent we need to keep growing. What You Will Do Full Cycle Recruiting From First Contact to Day One Own the entire recruiting process for hourly plant roles from intake to offer ensuring quality hires meet business needs and timelines Create and execute market specific high volume sourcing strategies to attract the best talent in competitive labor markets Build proactive talent pipelines for hard to fill and high demand positions Source candidates through multiple channels including referrals social media job boards community events and trade schools Strategic Partner to the Business Serve as a trusted advisor to plant leadership providing insights on market conditions talent availability and hiring trends Influence hiring decisions by sharing best practices process improvements and workforce planning recommendations Challenge the status quo with data driven innovative recruiting methods Driving Growth and High Volume Success Support rapid plant expansions and large scale hiring initiatives under tight deadlines Streamline and improve recruiting processes to deliver a faster and more efficient candidate experience Partner with HR and Operations to ensure hiring plans align with business growth goals Candidate Experience That Stands Out Keep candidates engaged and informed throughout every stage of the process Ensure timely follow up and transparent communication to provide a best in class experience Track and analyze recruitment data to continuously improve quality speed and retention What You Bring 3 plus years of full cycle recruiting experience preferably in manufacturing heavy industrial or other high volume environments Proven success hiring at scale in fast paced growth driven settings Strong relationship building consultative and influencing skills with leaders at all levels Experience using ATS platforms sourcing tools and recruitment marketing strategies Creativity adaptability and initiative in solving recruiting challenges Preferred Experience recruiting in plant manufacturing or industrial settings

Requirements

  • 3 plus years of full cycle recruiting experience preferably in manufacturing heavy industrial or other high volume environments
  • Proven success hiring at scale in fast paced growth driven settings
  • Strong relationship building consultative and influencing skills with leaders at all levels
  • Experience using ATS platforms sourcing tools and recruitment marketing strategies
  • Creativity adaptability and initiative in solving recruiting challenges
