We’re looking for a Recruiter who knows what it’s like to recruit in an agency setting—someone comfortable moving fast, managing multiple searches at once, and partnering closely with creative and business leaders. This role supports Creative and Content hiring across North America and sits on a collaborative, hands-on recruiting team. You’ll own searches end to end, act as a true partner to hiring managers, and help shape a candidate experience that’s thoughtful, transparent, and human. Requirements

  • 3–4 years of recruiting experience, with prior experience in an integrated advertising or creative agency environment
  • Proven experience running full-cycle recruiting processes independently
  • Experience hiring across creative, client services, social media, project management, strategy, and influencer-related roles
  • Comfort working with senior creatives and business leaders and knowing when to push, when to guide, and when to escalate
  • Experience using an ATS (Workday Recruiting is a big plus), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
  • Strong writing and communication skills—you’re clear, direct, and thoughtful in how you engage candidates and stakeholders
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently while staying closely connected to a broader recruiting team
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and timelines can be tight

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across Creative and Content roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support
  • Source and engage candidates using a mix of outbound outreach, referrals, networking, and creative sourcing approaches—not just inbound applicants
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define roles, calibrate talent, share market insights, and keep searches moving
  • Act as a strong advocate for candidates by setting clear expectations, maintaining communication, and creating a positive interview experience
  • Build and maintain warm pipelines of creative and content talent for current and future needs
  • Use Workday Recruiting to manage requisitions, candidate workflows, interview feedback, and offers with accuracy and consistency
  • Balance speed and quality while managing multiple roles at different stages at the same time
