About The Position

4ocean is on a mission to end the ocean plastic crisis and we are looking for passionate, talented people to help us achieve this goal.

We are seeking a hands-on Creative Content Producer to own day-to-day creative execution across organic social, e-commerce, and partnerships. Reporting to the Social Media Strategist you will be responsible for bringing approved strategies and concepts to life through high-quality, platform-native content while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external production support.

You will also play a critical role in maintaining consistent content output, speed, and brand alignment across channels enabling scalable creative execution by centralizing day-to-day content production under one owner while leveraging external production support. Your work allows senior leadership to focus on strategy, growth initiatives, and cross-functional planning while ensuring consistent, high-quality creative output.

Requirements

• Minimum one (1) year of experience creating content for social media and digital platforms
• Strong short-form video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
• Experience with graphic design softwares (Canva, Photoshop)
• Comfortable filming content using mobile and lightweight camera setups
• Understanding of social media trends and platform best practices
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deliverables
• Ability to take feedback and execute quickly

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting e-commerce or partnership campaigns
• Comfort appearing on camera occasionally
• Interest in sustainability or mission-driven brands

Responsibilities

• Own daily creative execution for organic social, e-commerce, and partnership initiatives
• Create, edit, and publish short-form video and static content across social platforms
• Adapt content to platform-specific best practices while maintaining brand voice
• Execute against approved content calendars, briefs, and timelines Video & Asset Creation
• Film and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok's, Shorts)
• Produce cut-downs, captions, thumbnails, and supporting creative assets
• Support product launches, campaigns, and moment-based content needs
• Organize and maintain creative assets and content libraries
• Collaborate with graphic design and video editor Virtual Assistants to support production volume
• Provide clear creative briefs, feedback, and light direction to VAs
• Review and finalize deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand consistency
• Serve as the day-to-day owner of creative deliverables across assigned channels
• Support community engagement through comments and light DM responses as needed
• Flag trends, audience insights, and recurring feedback
• Escalate customer service or brand-sensitive issues to appropriate teams
