About The Position

The Recreation supervisor will work with the Director of Kids Programming, as they will oversee and manage all activities and bring a sense of fun and professionalism that will drive the experience for all guests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• CPR
• AED
• First Aid

Responsibilities

• Drive Culture and employee and guest morale
• Authoritative and the ability to lead and direct others
• Ability to lead and drive activities of Kids Club, Tie Dye, kids' corners, island-style fun, bonfires, and other resort-wide activities
• Work closely with the Director on sales goals and creating new ideas
• Inventory control
• Ordering of products
• Scheduling
• Organization of department assets
• Multitasking and the ability to be versatile and quick to react to situations, disruptive children, safety concerns, etc.
