Recreation Supervisor - New Hope
About The Position
Join the City of New Hope, a thriving community of over 21,000 residents, as the new recreation supervisor. In this position, you will design, implement and supervise community recreation programs to meet the needs of residents of all ages and as many interests as possible. These programs include youth dance, youth art/music/science classes, programming at the outdoor performance center, special events, adult programming and assisting with the farmer's market. New Hope's Park and Recreation Program has an excellent reputation and also works with surrounding communities on various events and programs. Work is performed under the general direction of the director of parks and recreation. Candidates must be team-oriented, highly motivated individuals. Typical hours are 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. with occasional evenings and weekends.
