About The Position

Responsibilities: Prepares the pool, bath house and deck for daily use. Assist in upkeep and cleanliness of the pool and pool deck. Prepares non-motorized water rentals. Supervises pool, pool deck, deck, and water slides to ensure member & guest safety. Instructs members & guests on how to use water rentals. Carries out the policies and rules of the recreation department. Gives assistance to participants as needed. Insures that all guests meet the membership requirements by greeting and checking swimmers into facility. Assists Recreation team in other pool and land events as needed. Keeps records and reports on activities. Collects trash and gathers used pool towels throughout the pool area and all recreation venues to maintain cleanliness and organization. Qualifications: CPR/AED certified (can obtain upon hire). Must be at least 16 years old. Experience working with children preferred. Sound physical condition to be able to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. Must be able to lift up to 60lbs. Must have a valid driver’s license.
