At Mulberry Gardens, our assisted living community offers supportive living environments as well as specialized care for those with early memory loss. Our goal is to provide all residents with the very best quality of life - we offer assisted living and adult day care programs so residents can live their lives to the fullest. Recreation staff help to develop and implement programs to stimulate and inspire residents. Will interact with resident groups and individuals to motivate participation and enjoyment. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Compassionate approach to older adults
- Demonstrates ability to read, write and speak English.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in recreational therapy or related field is preferred
- Gerontology/Dementia experience preferred
