In this role, you’ll help lead and support a variety of activities—such as group fitness classes, social activities, organized walks, and sports—for adults and youth with diverse abilities. We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, compassionate, and enjoys working with people. Experience is helpful, but a positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to learn are just as important. The Recreation Leader II is responsible for leading and supporting a diverse range of activity enrichment programs in a variety of work environments. The Recreation Leader II will display an intermediate level of skill and training, at times, working independently. This position is part of a three-level career progression of Recreation Leader I, II and III.
