From its historic origins to its modern amenities and exquisite dining, the Inn continues to attract visitors with its charm, elegance, and unwavering dedication to excellence. #PGH-CBI What you will have an opportunity to do: DESCRIPTION: The Recreation Leader is responsible for but not limited to supervising recreation counselors. The Recreation Supervisor is responsible for motivating and interacting with all guests attending the CBI Kids Crew and Night Owls drop-off program and resort activities to include complimentary games and crafts, family events & challenges. The Recreation lead counselor provides consistent fun & exciting entertainment for our Resort while ensuring the safety of all attendees. Lead counselors will have the opportunity to provide feedback for new programming. Additional responsibilities include meeting and greeting bike rental clients; coordinating bike rentals; and billing & sales of all bike shop merchandise, kid’s crew gratuities and leisure activity sales on the South Lawn; carrying out necessary bike maintenance; setting and cleaning bonfires. The lead counselor will work with the recreation supervisors and managers on scheduling, special programming and training of recreation team. What are we looking for? REQUIREMENTS: Enjoys working with children and participating in children’s activities Current certification in CPR & First Aid (or willing to obtain prior to first day of employment) Willing to work flexible hours with a rotating schedule to include weekends and holidays Willing to participate in activities (examples include freeze dance, water balloon battles, volleyball, archery, corn hole, baseball, arts and crafts activities to include making friendship bracelets, perler beads, painting) Outgoing, personable & energetic! Creative & Active Good interpersonal communication skills Ability to perform job functions with great attention to detail, professionalism, speed and accuracy Prioritize and organize Follow direction thoroughly Self-motivated and enthusiastic Skilled in sports, games and crafts.
