About The Position
We have a Recreation Director position at our Management Support property with [384] apartment units. Southern Avenue Villas 855 W. Southern Ave Mesa, AZ 85210 www.rentanapt.com/southernavenuevillas Compensation: Rent credit for 20 hrs/wk. Work schedule will vary, with activities generally occurring during weeknights and weekend days. The schedule is flexible in order to meet mutual needs. The RD cannot use on-site facilities for private remuneration for cash or trade. Criminal background check and drug screening are required for all perspective employees. MS manages its own luxury Class A and B + multifamily apartments with extraordinary interior and community amenities. We presently manage about 13,500 Class A units within 36 properties. We are dedicated to providing our residents an outstanding living experience including the highest level of resident service without differed maintenance. Responsibilities
- Coordination of recreation events specific to property needs
- Schedule and supervise evening and weekend recreation events including, but not limited to, tennis, sand volleyball, indoor/outdoor basketball, and fitness training
- Understand and follow company policies pertaining to your position
- Working under the direction of the Apartment Manager
- Depending on property needs: schedule and supervise evening & weekend recreational activities and/or instruct/coach sports including tennis, racquetball, sand volleyball, basketball and organize/coordinate team play
- Completion of company forms
