Recovery Support Navigator
About The Position
Offering a $2,000 bonus! Location: MCI Shirley in Shirley, MA (Minimum) This position is part of Spectrum's MOUD (Medications for Opioid Use Disorders) program within the Department of Correction. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm Pay rate: $21.63/hour Benefits: Health, dental, vision insurance 401k with company contribution Tuition reimbursement Paid time off Discounts on wide array of services/entertainment The Recovery Support Navigator: Provides non-clinical services to engage, educate and support patients seeking treatment upon release and their families in order to motivate and maintain them in culturally relevant behavioral health services in the community. This engagement begins pre-release and the support continues after the patient is released and returns to the community.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field or equivalent experience in the behavioral health field required.
- Can substitute 4 years of case management or recovery support field experience in place of bachelors degree.
