About The Position

Specialty Recovery team is expanding, and we're looking for driven professionals who want to make a real impact every single day. What You'll Do Manage a dynamic portfolio of recovery cases from $20,000 to over $100,000, building relationships with healthcare providers and securing payments through strategic outreach and persistent follow-up. You'll own your cases from first contact to final payment, documenting every step and celebrating every win with your team.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills - professional, clear, and persuasive with providers and stakeholders
Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting ambitious targets
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management tools
Self-motivated with high accountability and ownership of assigned work
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
Detail-oriented with commitment to accurate documentation and follow-through
A bachelor's degree

Actively manage high-value ($100,000+), medium-value ($50,000-$99,000), and low-value (under $20,000) recovery cases
Locate, verify, and maintain accurate provider contact information
Build and sustain professional relationships with healthcare providers through consistent, strategic outreach
Use a collaborative yet assertive approach to secure payment commitments
Document all case activity, communications, and payment updates accurately and timely
Manage your caseload proactively with urgency, ensuring no case remains inactive without justification
Work collaboratively under the Specialty Recovery Lead to meet team goals and company objectives
