Requirements

• A strong communicator who enjoys helping people.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable using computers and phone systems.
• A team player with a positive, professional attitude.
• Ready to work in a fast-paced environment while staying calm and focused.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of experience in a professional office environment preferred.
• Collections or customer service experience a plus, but not required — we provide training!

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with consumers about their accounts.
• Listen carefully, understand consumer needs, and work together to create solutions.
• Negotiate and set up payment arrangements using our proven tools and resources.
• Update account information accurately and thoroughly.
• Follow compliance standards (we’ll train you!) to ensure respectful, ethical interactions.
• Partner with your team and escalate calls when necessary.
