About The Position

YSS is looking for a compassionate and dedicated PM Shift Lead for our Ember Recovery Campus. This leadership role is ideal for someone passionate about making a difference in the lives of youth through structure, support, and therapeutic care. This is a PM position, which means an evening schedule of 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm. Responsibilities include: Build supportive, therapeutic relationships with youth clients Maintain structure, uphold rules, and ensure consistent consequences Collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to meet client needs Oversee evening operations and documentation Supervise and provide feedback to Recovery Specialists Partner with leadership on performance evaluations and staff development Communicate with families and case workers as needed Participate in on-call rotation and maintain required training. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field.
  • One year of related experience
  • This role involves travel, including transporting clients.
  • To meet YSS insurance requirements, you must:
  • Be at least 21 years old
  • Hold a valid state-issued driver’s license
  • Maintain a clean driving record
  • Carry insurance that meets YSS coverage standards

  • For those in recovery, we typically ask for two years of sobriety to ensure stability and readiness for leadership, though candidates with one year may be considered case by case.
