Requirements

3+ years of experience in the account-collections field required.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Must be bondable.
Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available.

Responsibilities

Oversee the recovery process for delinquent loans by recommending strategic actions such as repossession and legal proceedings to minimize financial losses and enhance returns.
Professionally engage with members to resolve account delinquencies through negotiation, financial counseling, and establishing sustainable payment plans.
Identify patterns of fraud, maintain compliance with regulations, and coordinate with external partners to ensure effective payment resolution.
