The Recovery Specialist II provides direct and indirect services according to individual service plans and Medicaid standards. Shift Available: ⯠NOC Shift: 0.8 Sat, Sunday, Monday and Wednesday: 11:00pm - 7:30am please note that all New Hire Orientation will be conducted onsite, M-F during the day shift before moving into your NOC role Expected starting wage range is $21.00 - $23.71.â¯Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges.⯠The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed.⯠Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D and two (2) years of experience in a psychiatric mental health setting or BA/BS with one (1) year experience in mental health setting
- Knowledge of basic nursing skills and interventions, as well as mental and physical health conditions and terminologies
- Certification as a CNA or its equivalent is acceptable documentation of nursing skills knowledge
- Proficient understanding of client advocacy and client rights as defined in Title 17 and Title 9
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be CPR, First Aid, and CPI certified (hands-on course) on date of employment or prior to providing direct client care and maintain current certification throughout employment
- All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification.
- If the position requires driving, valid driver’s license, a motor vehicle clearance and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment.
