The Recovery Services Coordinator plans and develops the mental health services for all clients from the age of 18 and older. They will utilize effective management skills and work with higher management to ensure our clients receive the proper treatment. They will be responsible for the Bridge Team, ACT Team, Supportive Housing and other programs/services in the Recovery Services Department. What you’ll be doing: Provide oversight and management of daily operations for clinical and outreach efforts under scope of responsibility. Coordinate implementation of programs and services of Recovery Services Department. Provide supervision to Bridge Program Manager and designated staff to ensure effective service delivery. Serve as liaison between homeless initiatives and agency. Provide direct clinical supervision, consultation and services as necessary. Oversee internal and external audits. Coordinate training opportunities for staff and community partners. Manage Program Assisting the Homeless (PATH) grant and services. Organize and participate in community forums. Participating in internal leadership activities/meetings to promote effective collaboration and cohesion. Facilitate employee job coaching and performance feedback in a timely manner. Review and follow up on referrals. Point-Person for MI Community Residential Placement System (MICRS). Serve as auxiliary provider to direct reports as needed. Complete other duties as assigned.
