The Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS) is seeking a qualified, motivated individual, preferably with personal lived recovery experience, to monitor and manage state and federal recovery-oriented programs and funding. This position reports to the Office of MH Wellness and Recovery Supports Deputy Director and works closely with that position to develop procedures for establishing and maintaining consistent, strong, and collaborative relationships with state-level stakeholders and community-based providers. This position also works with community stakeholders to ensure that EBPs, promising practices, knowledge, skills, and abilities, and support, guidance, and technical assistance are disseminated across all recovery-oriented service areas and regularly interacts with internal stakeholders, Regional Managers, CSB staff, DBHDS partners, and state-level stakeholders. This position is responsible for managing administrative, budgeting, planning, scheduling, operational, and programmatic activities to monitor recovery-oriented funding streams and programs, including, but not limited to, peer and family support services. The services provided by this position are essential to maintain daily and long-range program success for recovery-oriented services statewide, as this position is responsible for decisions that affect federal block grant compliance outcomes, the implementation of CSB monitoring activities, and the meeting of established requirements for ongoing federal and state recovery-oriented funding.
