Job Description Directly and through staff, manages and coordinates recovery operations across assigned functional areas. Ensures quality service and effective support for internal and external customers, including borrowers, internal stakeholders, and regulatory agencies. Demonstrates a thorough understanding of asset recovery strategies, loan and lease servicing, and call center operations. Responsible for driving operational excellence through innovation, agility, and outside-the-box thinking. Builds and sustains high-performing teams by fostering engagement, satisfaction, and accountability. Partners with senior leadership to present key metrics and insights that drive business decisions. Maintains a sound control environment to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with corporate policies and applicable regulations. Additionally, the role requires foundational reporting and technical acumen to effectively analyze operational data, leverage reporting tools, and collaborate on technology-driven process improvements.
