About The Position
Crestwood is seeking a Recovery Coach (Entry-Level Mental Health Aide) to join their team. Their care model emphasizes a personal and self-directed process, empowering clients to develop skills for thriving. The Recovery Coach will assist in the therapeutic milieu by monitoring and communicating with persons served, facilitating rehabilitation groups under supervision, and aiding in crisis intervention. The Crestwood Fallbrook Healing Center, located in Northern San Diego County, is a Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (MHRC) that promotes successful reintegration through various methods including classes, therapy, community service, and peer mentorship. Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma/GED
- A compassionate mindset toward those who are in recovery
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the provision of the therapeutic milieu by monitoring and communicating with persons served
- Providing rehabilitation groups under supervision
- Assisting in crisis intervention
- Other duties may be assigned as needed by the Director of Nursing, the Program Director, or a designee
