Join Our Team as an Orthodontic Records Tech!
Location: Forest, VA (with occasional travel to Bedford, Farmville, Keysville, and Madison Heights – transportation provided!)Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8 AM–5 PMPay: $17/hourPosition: Full-Time

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• CPR certification
• Must be proficient in typing skills

Nice To Haves

• Excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team
• 1–2 years of experience preferred
• Familiarity with dental assisting duties a plus

Responsibilities

• Capture patient photos, x-rays, and digital scans
• Submit prescriptions for orthodontic appliances, custom braces, and aligners
• Deliver appliances and retainers, and provide wear-and-care instructions
• Document visits, track lab items, and maintain sterilization standards
